We’ve been coming to Harlow for six years. Dr. Harlow diagnosed our dog’s autoimmune condition when two other vets missed it. She explains everything, follows up herself, and genuinely cares. There is no other vet in San Diego for us.
Dr. Rivera is the only exotic vet in San Diego who actually knows rabbits. He spotted GI stasis in our Holland Lop before it became critical. The Fear Free approach is real here - Coco is calm from the moment we walk in.
The in-house lab is a game-changer. We had results and a diagnosis in the same visit. Other vets had us waiting three days. Keely and Marcus are so good with our anxious rescue - she actually looks forward to coming here now.
Dr. Nair did ACL surgery on our lab mix and the outcome was better than we dared hope. The pre-op consult was thorough, rehab instructions were clear, and the team called to check in at 24 hours and one week. Five stars isn’t enough.
